From working in construction, commercial real estate, and completing significant projects on multiple single family homes. My professional work also includes project management experience for Fortune 1000 companies. I have a strong financial acumen from both personal and professional experience, which includes analysis, research and planning, as well as budgets and cost control. My wife is also a licensed mortgage originator in SC. Real Estate Goals: Find win-win opportunities to improve neighborhoods one neglected home at a time by doing the hard work that most homeowners consider to be too difficult. Build upon my experience and learn from others to increase the number of successfully completed projects year over year. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking to transition my part-time SFH real estate experience to full-time work by finding like-minded equity partners or JV partners to acquire a rehab project that will be the launching pad for future growth and success.
