I’m a 50-year old successful operations manager looking to greatly increase my real estate portfolio. I grew up in the south (Louisiana) and moved to California as a teenager. I am a hands-on homeowner currently renovating my California Home. I also own one other rental property in California. I'm interested in increasing my portfolio with performing and non-performing Mortgage Notes, Wholesaling, buy and hold Multi-Family and SFR properties.
