I am an accidental landlord. I could not sell my home in 2012 because I was upside down on the house, so I rented it out as a break even deal. We built/bought a new home in 2013. After buying this home, I was left feeling that Banks don't want to lend money for investment mortgages. Now I know that the big banks do not always understand investment home lending. I know about hard money, change in terms refinance, but I don't have a team. The missing pieces of the team are the Mentor who likes to coach, Realtors who will work with a new investor and the Bank that is investor friendly.
