Hello fellow risk takers! (Albeit well calculated risk takers) I am a real estate investor in the scenic Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. I have been investing in the area since 2007 when I purchased my first buy and hold triplex at the ripe age of 23. This first property was real life changer and although it a may not have been a great deal (wish I had found BP sooner!) It took my investing life from reading RE books to reading prospective tenants. I now own a portfolio of multi family properties that supports my current lifestyle as well as allows me plenty of free time for other hobbies. As for other interests I enjoy mountain biking, playing guitar, Hiking, fishing, Hanging out at the beech, boating, growing my own food, eating healthy, reading, and pretty much anything outside as long as its warm and preferably near water!
