Ritchie Molitor

I have been selling Real Estate for almost 20 years. South East Denver for the first 8 and Buena Vista for 11! I LOVE to connect people with their home or investment property. My town is not a secret anymore. It is a true Historic Mining/Agricultural Town. Whitewater sports are huge along with skiing and everything else Colorado has to offer. My wife and I are grateful to be a part of this community and have enjoyed raising our 10 kids here! We will be staying for the long-haul and will be glad to help anybody wanting to own a piece of historic Colorado! We are currently transitioning from one "live-in BRRR" to another one (a Historic Victorian) while we are designing and building our dream home in the woods. I was a Contractor before Real Estate and am working to combine both passions to help provide turn-key products for clients.
