Hi! I'm an apparel designer by trade and new to real estate investing but am eager to learn as much as I can in order to achieve my goal of financial freedom. Currently I have 1 single family, 1 multi family unit in Hickory NC. I'm looking to continue investing in multi family units in hickory. Even though I have a regular job in corporate America... I've set up a strong, trustworthy local infrastructure that can maintain and improve all my properties as well as strong local community connections to ensure properties are non-vacant. **My goal is to achieve another multi family rental property in 2020 and continue growing from there. Ultimately I would like to leave corporate America and have my properties be my main source of income**
