Currently, we are looking to purchase distressed properties through probate, judicial/non-judicial foreclosure proceedings, and MLS listings in our targeted market; Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. After securing the asset, we thoroughly renovate appropriate investment based construction items. The property is then rented, placed on the market, or used for seller-backed financing, through notes. The fund is primarily interested in single family homes and servicing debt instruments and notes, secured by first lien deeds of trust, which are the product of our risk-reduction construction model.
