Rene LiVest

Having been a professional real estate agent since 2002, I have a vast knowledge of the local home selling market. I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and therefore have an extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and the benefits of its many varied communities. I contribute a lot of my success to my background in leadership, HR management, and organizational development; however my strongest points are my love of the real estate profession, and my empathy and understanding for the people I work with. Realtors work directly with real estate buyers and sellers. It has been my experience that buyers have the greatest influence on the real estate market, so I must understand the buyer’s mind-set, the market and the price that the buyers are willing to pay. As a result, I combine my knowledge, skill, and ability to establish the list price of properties effectively. It is my goal to establish a track record of reliability and accuracy with homebuyers, sellers, and investors.
