We are excited to enter the realm of real estate investing. Our personal trajectory has been interesting, as we bought a single family home in FL during the 2006 decline, then a flat liner from 2008-2016 in VA, then a profitable home in CO from 20017-2020. We are now looking to turn those profits into a passive wealth generation
