Roan LaPlante

I am an investor. With my ex wife, I own various properties including single, multi family, and small apartment buildings. I am a very critical person and I have a lot of very critical ideas about how some people operate in this business and lots of businesses. I do certain things a little differently. I most seek to meet local contractors and contractor recommendations.
