I am an experienced general contractor who owns 12 rental properties (Thank you BRRRR!) and a small Mobile Home Park. I also work for as a Energy Efficiency engineer for a Nonprofit (Icastusa.org) that specializes in helping low income rental properties become more energy efficient. I live in a great area for finding low cost real estate to turn into rentals. I am always looking to expand my rental holdings. Experience: I have purchased and re-habbed 6 single family homes in the last 6 years. I currently own 5 of them (primary residence and 4 rentals). I have worked in residential construction for 35 years, am a licensed GB98 (New Mexico Commercial General Contractor), and also a Mechanical Contractor. I also am a energy efficiency consultant specializing in low income multi family re-hab. Real Estate Goals: Purchase approx 1 property a year for the next 10 years and BRRRR it.
