I graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree in 2015 from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks). Moved to the Chicago area to work in the oil&gas industry ever since graduation. I’ve been using these years to learn as much as possible and I’m a strong believer in learning never stops so feel free to reach out, let’s connect over coffee! Starting out, I'd like to complete a few flips to build more personal investment capital and get into single family rentals for the steady cashflow and appreciation. I see my 5 year goals including a transition to small multi-family properties and 5-12 unit commercial property investing. If you have similar interests, I am open to a JV. My strengths are property analysis and creative financing strategies whereas my improvement opportunity is on the rehabbing/construction side of things so a business partner to complement is ideal. I also have access to large amounts of capital so having the rehab/construction aspect figured out is my main objective at this point.
