Originally from the Southwest and a RVA transplant, Robert has been connecting people to their next adventure since 2018 through homeownership. He understands the importance of real estate, whether it be a home where memories are made or an investment property to support long-term financial freedom. He strives for success by exceeding expectations – by working with Robert buyers, sellers, and investors can experience the home buying process in a low-stress and open communication environment! Robert earned his MBA from the University of Dallas. This knowledge, coupled with his undergraduate degree in Finance has provided him with valuable skills to use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Robert was a licensed real estate agent in Dallas, Texas before deciding to move to Richmond for its rich history, vicinity to the mountains and oceans, and charming neighborhoods with his fiancé and two dogs. Robert is a luxury property manager and has been in the field for four years, managing locations from hi-rise condominiums, restaurants, office, and retail spaces. His extensive property management credentials include Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist. Robert is personally involved with the investing side of real estate and owns several investment properties across the U.S. As an avid sports fan, Robert spends his weekends catching a game or exploring local museums and festivals.
