Robert Lindflott

I grew up on a farm in Iowa and watched as my father fulfilled his passion throughout the '60s, '70s, and '80s. His passion was to buy farms and grow corn on them. At age 87, he has been retired from farming for a few years now, but he is still actively looking for another farm. While my interest in real estate doesn't rise to the level of my father's passion for acquiring farmland, I did somehow manage to learn the value of passive income along the way. My interests are in both farmland and single family rental property. I'm a 'buy and hold' believer, but I'm also considering a fix 'n flip adventure.
