As of now, my only experience in real estate is paying rent to those who own the property. I am in the beginner phase and learning about the main aspects of real estate in general. At this point , my interests are in commercial and large multi family complexes but I understand that single or smaller scale units are the tools to trading up to the bigger deals. I am working in the medical field and looking to relocate to Florida. I would appreciate any input for nursing / assisted living development construction.
