Robert Simolin

I was a stay at home dad for 4 years because my daughter had some health problems and my wifes job had benefits so I became daddy mom. A year ago got my real estate license in California and I have been working in San Bernardino and Riverside counties for about a year under mentorship. I have been involved in 10 deals during the past year. I have recently decided that I has come time for me to move on and explore the awesome possibilities that real estate has to offer. I am no longer under a mentor because I feel that their is more to real estate than buying and selling homes. I am an avid learner and I thoroughly enjoy when I am exposed to new and innovative techniques and approaches. That's why I joined BiggerPockets. I know that the group of professional giving up their time and knowledge is priceless. I am so grateful to have found a place full of innovators who are willing to share their knowledge, ideas and experiences.
