Robert Shearer

Hello, my name is Robert Shearer. I am 27 years old and have lived in Northern VA my whole life. I am very familiar with Northern VA and the surrounding areas (Washington D.C & Maryland), and have been able to maintain many connections through family, friends, and networking that has been beneficial in a variety of ways. I have my Realtors license in VA. I have been extremely interested in venturing into the investing side of the real estate business, as well. I am interested in Wholesaling, Rehab, and buy-and-hold properties. I am extremely dedicated, approachable, determined, open minded, energetic, and relentless. I'm hungry, and am prepared to take the necessary steps to achieve my goals.
