Robert Sayre

My background is publishing, marketing and business analysis. We own 4 rental units, used BRRR very successfully and have added a modest number of flips to generate cash. We want add multi-units to our portfolio. My wife and I are are semi-retired and have used some of our stocks & bonds and invest them in real estate. I did work for 4 years as a project manager for a retail company that included managing construction of retail stores, kiosks, etc., so I am familiar with construction. We have three private money lenders we are working with, but want to expand this network.
