Wife and I are buying our first rental property this month. It’s a four-plex and truly we are getting our feet wet. I’m trusting this won’t be our only property but looking forward to seeing how we grow through this process. I have four kids, three of which will be in college or grad school in the Fall of 21. My goal is to have enough passive income to retire in 10 years. I’m also floating around the idea of starting my own property management business. I’m thankful for a friend who tuned me in to BiggerPockets. I’m learning a ton and still completely overwhelmed.
