Bobby Vernazza

Graduated from Oregon State with a few flips under my belt along with three rental properties that I own and manage. I mainly deal with flips in order to build up my cash reserves and purchase rental properties for optimal cash flow. I have done direct mailers, driving for dollars, MLS Deals as well as purchasing properties at auction. I look forward to meeting new people along the way who will challenge my opinion and give me constructive criticism into helping shape my future investment decisions. My future plans involve building up my rental portfolio and eventually transitioning into commercial real estate, storage facilities and mobile home parks.
