Robert Yarnell

Hey guys! My name is Robert and I am putting my real estate plan into action! Unfortunately it will have to be spread out and slow moving at first, but nonetheless I am very excited to be here and have found BiggerPockets! My real estate interests used to be limited to fix and flips, but now are honed in on finding undervalued properties and applying the BRRRR strategy. I am Active Duty Air Force, married, father of two, and a home owner with chickens, dogs, and a cat. For fun (and stress relief) I plan and execute all sorts of improvements to my property ranging from fencing, walkways, land clearing, sprinklers, loft refinishing, electrical work, pergolas, etc.! I really take the time needed to learn and apply code when doing the jobs and have a blast building my skillset as I process through the jobs. Applying my skills in the past and connected to my being stationed in different states, I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2...should have "bought and held", but what's done is done I suppose. My previous deals confirmed my skills in that I was able to lock in full price offers in both of my sales...the first being towards the end of 2006 (when every house on the street seemed to be for sale. The last sale was in 2015, where I owned the home for under 3 years, improved it, and sold it immediately for a $53K profit! I am entering the final stage of my career and it's time to start transitioning into the world of real estate!
