I source and sell off market deals for developers/flippers across NJ. I work with developers/investors that build anything from single family properties to hundred plus unit apartment buildings. I sell residential and commercial properties mostly consisting of development sites. I utilize a variety of marketing channels in securing discounted off market properties for developers and investors. I use different strategies when selling these deals such as commission agreements, assignments, novations, double closes, LLC buyouts, etc.
