Rob Thompson

I bought my first rental house from Fannie Mae (in foreclosure) in 2008. Over the next ten years I built a portfolio of over 100 doors (and counting!) and rehabbed + flipped three or four market houses each year while working as a non-profit executive. In the summer of 2018, I left my non-profit career behind (though I still love to support several local ministries and non-profits) to work in real estate full time. I have a passion for clarity, productivity with a purpose (it's all about what we do with the margin we create), and investing in relationships and real estate. I have been a long-time listener to the BP podcast, but was slow to jump into the online community (thanks for the recent quiiiiiiicktip David and Brandon!). I'm here to share what I can and learn new things as well.
