I am the owner of Owl's Nest Realty and a Licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and a Licensed Managing Broker in Washington. I was first licensed in California (1992) as an agent and was a mortgage broker in Oregon for 6 years. I work in residential real estate and small commercial, specializing in investors and investment properties. I am also partnered with Lexar Homes in Oregon City, assisting clients in finding land to build and assisting you in getting plans together for a new home. I am certified SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource) by the National Association of Realtors as well as a Certified Probate Expert. I graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz - home of the mighty Banana Slugs! I graduated with a degree in Language Studies, a.k.a. French, Italian, and a heavy dose of linguistics.
