About myself
I am a retired teacher with a woodworking shop. I was and am building custom cabinets and projects. I thought it was time to make the big leap, and move to the beach and begin flipping homes. I have three goals as an investor: 1. Buy homes rehab keeping their original look intact with a modern flare. 2. Buy homes and build a passive income and leave this for a future for my kids. 3. Wholesale properties.
