I built and run a successful consulting business and coach many soloist entrepreneurs (fixing up the homes I lived in was a hobby). When I was approached by a friend who loved my Palm Springs rehab and wanted to invest here, I jumped into this with both feet. The mission: bring under-loved properties back to life as profitable LTRs with healthy cash flow. Our first project together is performing well and I've built a defined process with systems and team in place—actively working on Deal #2.
