30 yrs old in Kalamazoo Michigan. During the day I am the automotive sales business. We bought our first duplex in June 2015 (house hacked FHA loan). Bought 3 houses at end of 2018, bought one house in 2019, and bought 4 (5 units since one is duplex) houses so far in 2020. We currently own 8 rentals, 10 units total all in Kalamazoo area within a few blocks. We have been able to use equity from our first duplex and some of our own cash to leverage using traditional bank financing but also most recently seller financing.
