We are looking to invest in single-family houses in the Atlanta area, fix them up for rental and perhaps years down the line, renovate for sale. We're up to 4 single family rentals and looking for a 5th or a small multifamily Real Estate Goals: We want to buy and rent out single family homes and small multis in Northeast Atlanta Currently Seeking: seeking advice and help to find appropriate houses for rental and advice regarding repairs and management of the houses.
