I am retired from the Air Force Reserve. Looking to supplement my retirement income using real estate. I have been slowly remodeling our own house, so I have some skills in that area. Thinking of using my GI Bill Home Loan benefit to purchase a fourplex in a nice area of town. I have to live in the unit for a least a year. It is a great benefit, no money down, no PMI, no funding fee, and seller pays closing costs. I may have a chance to buy a duplex for my first investment.
