Hey, My name is Michael! I am completely new to real estate investing but I recently discovered BP and I am very excited to learn and connect with all of you. My Background: I was raised as an MK in Brașov, Romania and moved to the United States at 16 to play American Football and go to college. I quickly realized I was not going to be the next Brian Urlacher and decided to get a degree in engineering. I graduated in 2014 and began working in the nuclear industry until 2018 when I pivoted into my current role in technical sales (which I love!) I got married in 2021 to an amazing girl and we now live in Bucerias, Mexico. My Goal: Archive financial independence in order to take care of my family and eventually circumnavigate the globe aboard a catamaran. My Real Estate Investing Strategy: I plan to do out-of-state REI. I intend to target distressed multifamily properties (2-4 units). I would like to utilize the BRRRR method in order to efficiently utilize capital. I would prefer to target higher cash-flowing markets vs rising markets for buy and hold.
