Learning about real estate just now, but am really excited and hope to find a good place to buy soon. Goals are modest for now: 1. To move out of my rental and buy a multi family unit by 6/2017 to live in and rent out the remaining units 2. To learn about real estate and the terminology 3. To network and learn from the best in my area - Seattle, WA 4. To build a portfolio of 30+ units in the next 20 years, which will enable me to a) retire and b) pass on money to my kids
