Long time BP listener and reader. Currently working as an Associate in Structured Debt Finance/Social Finance. Previously worked as underwriter for a multifamily housing lender. I am looking to leverage my knowledge and skills in finance and Real Estate to become a successful buy and hold investor in Columbus, OH (where I have lived nearly my entire life). I am looking to invest in 2-4 unit housing, and hope to purchase at least one or two such buildings per year for the next several years while holding my full time job. I hope to eventually move onto 5+ unit buildings. I am also exploring other types of investments, such as long distance investing, wholesaling, and flipping, however I expect that buy and hold will probably be my bread and butter.
