Experience: I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2001 as well as a real estate investor for the last 2 years. My real estate business as an agent focuses on working with investors, sourcing properties, connecting them with money, contractors and providing consultation throughout the process and representing them on the sale when their project is complete. I work within the 2 beltways of Baltimore and Washington D.C. My goal is to help as many people as I can to invest in real estate as a vehicle for financial security. Whether someone has never done a deal or 100's, I enjoy working with and connecting with everyone. Real Estate Goals: To create a new real estate brokerage model that focuses on REI's. To build a large enough wholesale business that I can supply my clients and network with profitable deals. To connect people that can add benefits and value to each other through real estate investing. To create complete financial freedom that will allow me to securely donate 10-20% of my income to charities, animal welfare, children welfare and the disabled.
