I'm practically new to real estate investment. Many years ago, I made an attempt to buy rentals properties and fixer-uppers, originate loans, and manage property. There weren't as many resources available to learn the business so I found myself working harder rather than smarter. At this juncture, I'm planning to reboot my real estate investment efforts within the next 6 months. This time around, my goal is to work as smartly as I work hard!
