I started RE investing in 2011 when I bought my first single family rental. Since then I have been accumulating additional rentals by purchasing undervalued SF homes and positioning as rental properties. My professional career track has been in real estate as well. Since 2009 I have worked with a few of the larger property management companies (Greystar/Riverstone, CBRE, Stream Realty) in an accounting/financial reporting role. Most of the time I have worked with larger multifamily assets from C+ to A class properties and have some experience with commercial properties as well.
