Ron Sharp

I am an IT professional whose job was outsourced. Being outsourced really demonstrated how pointless it is to be so reliant on one form of income. Multiple forms of passive income makes much more sense. So, my wife and I decided to use the runway we have and to dive deep into real estate. I am currently listening to as many podcasts and books as I can while working on improving the equity in our current home in the hopes of using it to finance rental properties. I am very anxious to connect with others pursuing these same interests. I am just getting into this, and know I need a lot more knowledge before I go too deep. I was introduced to BiggerPockets through Clayton Morris’s podcast. Time to sort through all the great ideas I have already heard! I want to hear more and watch people succeed!
