"Hey everyone, I’m Ronsted Dela Peña Yuag, and I’ve been a long-distance investor for quite a while. One of my major projects was building a Hobbit-themed campground from scratch, targeting backpackers and budget-conscious travelers. Through this venture, I learned a lot about social marketing, handling disputes, and grew my social media presence to over 10k followers. It was a unique experience, and I loved creating a space where people could come together and enjoy something fun and different. I also built an 8-unit studio-style apartment in Dumaguete, Philippines, aimed at students and young professionals who needed affordable, yet comfortable living spaces. A few years ago, I attempted to launch an online directory for skilled therapy providers. However, both of my programmers passed away one after another, which led to the unfortunate shutdown of the project. It was a tough situation, and I’ll admit, I might have fallen into a bit of shiny object syndrome, but it taught me a lot. Now, I’m focused on scaling my real estate portfolio and connecting with others in the industry.
