I love all things real estate and have been involved with all aspects of this industry for many years... I own rentals, I have flipped almost 20 homes in the past few years and have 1 active flip going right now and I'm currently helping several clients with their real estate needs. This is where most of my time is spent... helping my clients, family and friends with buying their 1st or 2nd home, buying their first flip or investment rental, selling their home for top dollar in the shortest amt of time possible, guiding them on short term/Airbnb rentals and much more. Real estate is my passion! I worked in the building industry for many years as a homebuilder and had been investing as well for more than 10 years in that same time period. I have managed construction on more than 200 homes, done more than 25 remodels, managed my own rentals and Airbnbs and I now find that many have come to trust my experience and insight with real estate as well as my in-depth knowledge of our market here in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. What's more is that my amazing wife owns a staging and real estate photography company too so together we make a great one stop shop team for all of our clients! Experience: I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years with experience in both construction management as a GC, having built more than 250 homes and 60 remodels and flips as well as a real estate broker having sold more than $75 million. I have spent the last 10 years building a lucrative portfolio of short term rentals and now spend most of my time building my RE at Clients 1st Property Group, adding new STR properties at Coolbnbs and coaching others how to have this success at BNB Wealth Academy alongside my business partner. Real Estate Goals: We are looking to scale our short term rental portfolio to 50 properties over the next few years as well as scale our BNB Wealth Academy to serve hundreds of investors each year. We will also continue to build out our real estate team with new agents at Clients 1st Property Group, which is powered by EXP Realty. And of course, I'm always looking for new investment partners, new clients, and new contacts in the industry... Currently Seeking: I come across a lot of properties that are worthy of investment for both flips and rentals. I'm always looking for more clients for our team to work with to help them find great deals. I would also like to expand my network of wholesalers for off market properties.
