A hard worker that's looking to maximize my time and create passive income to become financially free. I love real estate and the opportunities it presents. I love connecting and networking with people from all different phases of life. Experience: When I first graduated college, I worked for a real estate agency managing rental properties while getting my license. Before I got my license I changed careers but was always interested in what I learned from managing those rental properties. As my career progressed in sales I wanted to get back into real estate; but on my own terms. I bought my first property with a friend of mine. It has been challenging but very rewarding. Everything about real estate excites me! Real Estate Goals: My main goal is to own as many "doors" as it would take to bring in enough passive income so that I can focus fully on real estate. I know this is not a "get rich" program and it takes time and effort in being successful in this game. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking information on multifamily properties like duplexes, triplexes or up to 8 units per building. I want to buy and hold and use these properties as a cash flow generator. I am not handy so hearing from people that CAN get their hands dirty but prefer not to is very valuable to me.
