Ryan Gaus

I’m a licensed real estate broker, focused on working with investor clients (in and out of state) interested in investing in North Carolina. I also own and manage a number of single family homes, duplexes, and small-to-midsize apartment buildings in the Raleigh, NC and Fayetteville, NC markets. My “day job” is aviation software, and as a result I travel internationally on a frequent basis. I'm also the father of three girls, I love trying new craft beers, experimenting in the kitchen, and most sports - especially hockey.
