My name is Rick and I have been involved in the REI world for about 2 years now. I am a former Marine that has lived a very gypsy style life for the past 15+ years. My life has been interesting to say the least, living in hotels and airports all over the world as a Security Contractor. Now that I am in my early 40's, I have grown tired of the jet set life of protecting other people and want to settle down and make a life for myself with generational wealth for my daughter. I am currently in Scottsdale, AZ and am a member of a real estate investors club in Southern California and Phoenix Arizona. I am a licensed Agent in Arizona and specialize in investors and Veterans. I am always looking for cash and hard money buyers that are looking for properties. I am interested in rehabs, wholesales and buy and holds for investors.
