Ruben Velazquez

Greetings Ladies and Gents! My name is Ruben Velazquez, I'm a new investor and I've been quite lucky, so far, by using common sense (aka House Hacking, before I knew it had a name lol), doing calculations based on Margins and "Strategy" based on the microeconomics of each community. I am looking forward to learning more details and meeting amazing people via BP! I grew up fixing old cars and building tree houses as a kid, so I can do pretty much build or fix anything due to hands-on experience and practical thinking aka common sense. Today, I am Mechanical Engineer that has worked more than a decade within Hydro-Power, aviation & the space rocket industry. I lived in Japan for a few years while I worked as a Engineer/Project Manager for a start-up and I currently now do consulting in the space industry. On the side I mainly evaluate properties and currently just keeping an eye out on for my next opportunity. I started with "house hacking" a SFH. My goal is to reach financial freedom through real estate investing and help as many people along the way as possible. I look forward to connecting!
