I manage a 20 person Engineering Department in the Power Electronics Testing industry, currently living and working in Orange County, CA. I'm looking to generate additional income via Real Estate investments through BRRR and creative deals to grow my portfolio and ultimately reach financial independence to pursue my love for travel and photography. I bought my first residence in 2015 and have been house-hacking it ever since. I've been hesitant in pursuing my first real investment property due to bubble burst fears, but realize I've been waiting on the sidelines for far too long and ready to jump into action. Looking to invest in good cash flowing markets out of state in the midwest. Currently considering Ohio. Working on building a solid core team where everyone will succeed!
