Originally from Dayton, Ohio and now residing in Texas. I currently own one SFR in Dallas, TX. Looking to grow my portfolio in Dallas and Dayton. Hoping to buy my first multi unit this spring. I am relatively new to investing in RE but have extensive knowledge from the bank side. 13 years of working in mortgage default servicing taught me a ton about the lending, short sale and foreclosure process. I've purchased a house hack in Oakcliff, TX area. Most recently, I started a career as a loan officer working for Cornerstone First Mortgage. We specialize in many loans types such as Debt Service which require much less paperwork for investors. Imagine not having to send in all the documents for your multiple properties?
