About myself
All in due time...I Followed BP off and on since '08. Fixed my credit, established a meager savings & incorporated. Now with the fall of RE I'm in a descent position to make things happen as opposed to being over whelmed and priced out just 2 years ago. I like BP the members seem to represent who I am= honest, hardworking, not afraid of learning from mistakes all while loving life. My hope is to one day add to the forums at least something of the priceless info I have received. For now let me concentrate on getting a cash flowing deal that makes sense.
