Kicking myself for not starting my career in real estate sooner...but I learned a lot in the 20 years of sales and marketing I did prior--including 10 years of door to door sales. My husband I got into real estate completely by accident...he was a pastor and I was leaving sales to be a stay at home mom. A series of circumstances fell into place and here we are, years later--both in real estate. We house hacked before we knew what house hacking was--while also renting out a spare room in our duplex on airbnb. We have two adorable daughters (5 and 3) and they are the delight of our lives.
