I'm a guy who loves life and has a passion for investing, real estate, and entrepreneurship. I own a couple of eCommerce businesses, and am also a licensed Realtor in FL. My goal and motivation is to build generational wealth for my family, while creating more time to spend with them. I'm also trying to build income to fund my hobby of flying (I'm a pilot for recreation). I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and currently living in Florida. Experience: Still consider myself a novice, but have done buy and hold deals in Florida and Louisiana. I'd love to expand and grow my investments and portfolio in real estate. Really looking to get into multi-family properties. Real Estate Goals: I'd like to progressively acquire more real estate deals. I've done some buy and hold in FL and LA, but would like to acquire some multi-family investment properties. Currently Seeking: Everyone can always use sources for funding. I'd also love advice from anyone who has done investing through an LLC, and has had some experience with investing in multiple states.
