About myself
Hi, my name is Ryan Nicolai. I live in the Portland, Oregon area. I went to Southern Oregon University and graduated with a BFA. My interests in Real Estate stem from my experience in construction and have grown thanks to the purchase of my first home with my wife in 2012 in Beaverton. I am excited to learn as much as possible about the wide world of REI.
