About myself
My name is Ryan and I live in Morgantown, West Virginia. I work a full time job, 60-70hrs a week, and am very interested in expanding my real estate portfolio.. I bought my first home in a nice neighborhood 3 years ago and did a 2 year flip. After I finished my house I bought my first rental property in January of 2015 and haven't looked back since. Currently, I own 4 multi fams in the downtown Morgantown area. My dream is to eventually do this full time and be able to walk away from my current job. I want to buy more rentals and do more flips. Also into commercial properties
