I've always had a passion for real estate. I graduated from the University of Denver with a Real Estate/Construction Management degree. After graduating I bought my first "Fixer-Upper/Investment" home. This was a house that was livable, but definitely needed some major updating. I lived in it with 2 roommates for about 9 yrs. After kicking the roommates out, getting married, and starting a family I finally did the massive renovation this house needed. After completing the renovation, selling the home, and buying my new "family" home, my passion for real estate has been reinvigorated. I currently work for the family business in the automotive industry and my wife is currently a lawyer in the condo/home association field. We both have stable jobs providing some extra disposable income that we are wanting to start investing in Real Estate with. We are currently seeking some buy and hold rental investment properties. Mainly small multi-family properties, but would also be interested single family homes for the right deal. With Joining BP I am hoping to gain some information and knowledge as well as network and build relationships with other professionals in the real estate field.
